Grilled chicken?
Anyone who has tried a tendergrill Grilled Chicken Burger King? its SOO good. I've tried cooking chicken on the grill with no luck. Its either burned, not yet in, too dry, or lack of words taste like shit.
I need help on:
What brand to use to cook and prepare. Basically, I want to burger king grilled chicken at home:):)
Smokey Joe replies:Grilled chicken is really good.Using a George Foreman grill type is different from the grilling outside on a grill heated to fire though. I suppose you are going to use boneless chicken breast?
One thing I do when grilling chicken is to soak in a mixture of brine (salt water, I use sea salt) for at least an hour before cooking. This pulls all the blood of the chicken first and wait at the same time. If you use boneless chicken skin, you will have more fat during cooking chicken, fat adds flavor while still cooking meat (also calories and other health warnings) so it will taste better.If you use boneless chicken breast without skin make sure to season well, but do not go overboard on a grill in a hurry as you are using, because the herbs and spices will remain on the chest as opposed to a gate of fire where many seasoned meat drips during baking.
I'm from Kansas City originally, so for me it's not without some good grilling barbecue sauce. If you do not try a different BBQ sauce for the chicken.
